Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Software Integration Coordinator to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless integration of software solutions within our organization. As a Software Integration Coordinator, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, project managers, and quality assurance professionals, to ensure the efficient implementation of software systems.



  • Learn and continually improve product knowledge of multiple customers with a focus on our Software Product and its features.
  • Efficiently and accurately communicate relevant product information to customers
  • Continually build relationships with our customer base
  • Continually provide customer service post purchase
  • Provide Salesforce® technical support for customers or large internal projects
  • Manage small projects with technical support assistance


  • Experience with any database / simple query platform
  • Efficient time management skills
